Unleashing the alternative Monster,(and Metal Beast), of the Chicagoland Area's six county local music scene. It's another music intensive hour of the intense and intimate. The rocking and shocking. Chicago based alt rockers 13 Monsters feature the charismatic female vocal presence of Deb Sonzo.The four guys in the band also greatly contribute to their musical output. I interview this eclectic,innovative band after a recent gig at Wire in Berwyn Extremely talented Jana Vox,who fronts 4Without,has an extensive singing background, going back 2 decades, We hear a bit of her early past,with the psychedelic prog band,Voodoo Monkey Child,as well as another winning cut off the debut 4Without CD,Line of Love. Local Metal invades the far Northwest burbs,at Midwest Springfest 2 in Barrington.
